If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came over from the island with my 9 year old son to buy a vehicle form a car dealer. KMF did a prepurchase inspection and saved me potentially a huge nightmare. I wound up getting a different car from a different dealership. KMF was super accommodating last minute, thorough and fast. Not to mention patient with my 100 calls to them trying to sort things out as I was determined to leave back to the island with a decent vehicle. Thank you!!

I knew I was getting close to requiring a brake job soon, so I started doing some of my own on-line research. It didn't take long before I found myself reading about KMF. Since they weren't too far from home, I decided to drop by and check out the place in person. Once there, I met and spent quite awhile talking to Mike and he answered all my questions and address each of my specific concerns in detail and with patience. Satisfied, I made an appointment for a complete break job. On the day of my appointment they were ready for me without delay. When my car was ready, I picked it up later that same day. Even without asking he checked my oil level, noticed I was low, and recommended I top it up. What company does those extras anymore? I'll tell ya who....... Mike and KMF Automotive. If you wanna cheep break job, do it yourself. If you want a professional job, done right the first time, with extra attention to the details. Go see Mike at KMF, you wont be disappointed. Needed to add back the stock muffler on a used BMW I just bought that the previous owner muffler deleted. Trying to find a place that would do the work at a fair price and properly. Mike told me to bring in the car, put it on the lift and told me he could get the job done the same day. Happy with the job well done at a reasonable price, now I can enjoy the drive without my ears ringing. Thanks Mike and KMF Auto!

Mike and his team are honest, direct, and truly compassionate. I got myself into a really unfortunate, expensive, and unknowingly dangerous pickle and they helped me get safely back on the road as well as gave lots of sage advice and compassion on what to do next. He asked me to come down and see the issues for myself before they touched anything, which to me was so reassuring. It gave me confidence to know I was not being taken advantage of and would be receiving an honest quote. I will be recommending them to everyone. Beyond professionalism, I can confidently say that Mike is a genuinely wonderful human and I will be a loyal, longstanding customer once I get rid of this lemon of a car 🫠

I've had KMF work on my 07 Ranger for a number of things ranging from spark plugs, throttle body, coil pack replacement, fuel lines, as well as a differential swap to resolve play in the drivetrain. Mike has gone out of his way to help every time I've gone to the shop with an issue. R

I have been taking my car to this family owned and operated business for the past 8 years, and they have always taken excellent care of my vehicle. Over the years, they’ve earned my trust by clearly explaining what services are needed now and what can wait until later. This transparency helps me plan and organize my finances before major repairs. I truly appreciate how every repair is explained in detail in a way that’s easy to understand. Because of that, I feel like I know my vehicle much better than when I used to take it to the dealership. My first time here for a 4 wheel alignment on my Toyota Highlander and they charged me way more than other service shops and surprisingly, the dealership too.Iwas a total rip off.Shockingly, I got charged 35% more compare with other service shops and all are same computerized alignment too. I regret I should have get an estimate or quote first. Will never go back to this place again and should have gone with dealeship which is cheaper for this kind of service.Too late to cancel the job and pull out my car when I phoned this guy Mike that the service is being done already. He said on the phone prior to bringing may car that inspection is free and 2 wheel alignment cost $180 and he charged me $240 since its a 4 wheel alignment. I Believe that as a concumer , we are protected under Consumer Act Law of BC for overpricing with same service with other competitor or no other special advantage. Too late when I checked the service pricing with other shops especially the dealership! Again, its a total rip off!. Learned my lesson now,.

KMF is a great place to go for work on your car. Every time I’ve had something come up I just gave them a call and they got me in as soon as possible, because they genuinely want to see your car in tip top shape. Mike is very transparent as well, unlike many other shops. Overall, I’m very happy with the experiences I’ve had here and recommend it highly.

Charged me 600$ cash to replace 4 TPMS but only replaced 3 actually and troubleshoot a clicking noise on front end. I understand that troubleshoot may takes time. But charged me 4 tpms for just 3 replaced is totally misleading. Also i dont have any issues with air leaking aound the rim on those 4 wheel beforse but now i have to pump air every 1 month. Lesson learned. Never trust a good talking guy like Mike.
